SMART CANNABIS/SH SH OTCMKTS: SCNA is Under Contract to Expand Yolo County Cultivation Site by 260%

SMART CANNABIS/SH SH OTCMKTS: SCNA is a public equity corporation advancing the agriculture and cannabis industries and growing through acquisition, strategic alliances, and proprietary intellectual property. The company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Next Generation Farming Inc., provides turnkey, automated, commercial greenhouses systems that efficiently improve yields and decrease water consumption for cultivators of organic food and cannabis crops.

SMART CANNABIS/SH SH OTCMKTS: SCNA On May 17, 2019 announced that it has secured the contract to expand on a cannabis cultivation site in Yolo County, California where the company’s primary subsidiary, Next Generation Farming, recently retrofitted eight (8) greenhouses and installed the company’s SMART App. The expansion project will include 60,000 square feet of the company’s new, recently announced, iteration of the SMART by Design Gutter Connect series specifically modified to mitigate the threat of airborne hemp seed cross-pollinating with cannabis crops.

By completion of phase two of this project, there will be 83,000 square feet of greenhouse installed at the client’s site. The ground has been broken and development of the site is underway. According to the company’s CEO, John Taylor, details are currently being negotiated to implement the company’s portfolio of products and services into the contract.

SMART CANNABIS/SH SH OTCMKTS: SCNA On Feb. 05, 2019 has unveiled footage of a nearly 24,000 square foot cannabis cultivation site in Yolo County. All eight of the greenhouses at the Yolo County property have had the company’s SMART App integrated allowing for full automation and remote management. The entire cultivation site is also equipped with raised beds utilizing the company’s SMART Micro Boilers providing a variable BTU radiant heat that fires at a low of 10,000 BTUs to 277,000 BTUs to minimize propane usage. Warm soil temperatures allow for maximum nutrient absorption by cannabis roots which, in conjunction with the SMART App, aids in greater cannabis yields. The SMART Multi Spectrum LED Cultivation Light is also installed throughout the eight greenhouses.

A new strategic manufacturing partnership with Dosatron USA has made it possible for the company to install automated irrigation with the Dosatron USA injectors purchased on a buy-direct basis circumventing third party resellers. This partnership, in conjunction with the partnership recently established with Dyna-Gro®, manufacturer of “The Nutrition Solution®,” a liquid nutrient concentrate for optimal plant growth, ensure Smart Cannabis Corp. clients are receiving top quality products and services.
On Nov. 07, 2018 Smart Cannabis Corp is bullish about the effects of the firing of Attorney General Pete Sessions upon the cannabis market. The company has announced that their Chief Executive Officer and Founder, John Taylor, is immediately available for comment on the potential impact of Sessions leaving his post at Department of Justice.

Considering Sessions maintained a staunch anti-legalization stance on the cannabis industry as a whole despite States increasingly legalizing cannabis use medically and recreationally, it is highly possible the next Attorney General will take a more reasonable approach to cannabis being labeled a Schedule 1 drug as resistance against that is mounting nationwide. Just last night, on Election Night, three (3) more States voted for either medical or recreational cannabis legalization for persons 21 years of age and older.

With a booming manufacturing company installing automated greenhouses and premiere cultivation systems to permitted marijuana growers, in addition to having decades of business development experience under his belt, Taylor is well-suited to expertly address how potential changes in federal legalization of cannabis, or even downgrading it from a schedule 1 drug, could impact cannabis related businesses as well as create massive, taxable revenues.
